Hospitality Design: Brew Pub

This project involved designing a craft beer restaurant and microbrewery that fully integrates an existing South African brand into every aspect of the establishment. The key objectives were to reflect the brand’s visual identity through elements like beer bottle labels and menu designs, aligning with its ethos and aesthetic. The project outcomes included researching and analyzing the chosen brand, creating innovative design concepts, developing a specification schedule, and presenting the final design with a professional touch. The main challenge was to provide a comprehensive design solution that accurately represents the brand while demonstrating an understanding of microbrewery and restaurant operations. The project sought to create an immersive dining and brewing experience that connects customers to the craft of brewing and culinary creativity, ensuring the brand's authenticity is expressed through the physical environment. This addresses a market gap for craft beer establishments that effectively embody and celebrate local brands, enhancing customer experience and brand loyalty.
